ja, da gebe ich Axel recht, außerdem sollte diese Bauart des Regelheizers nicht ganz unter Wasser verschwinden, sondern nur bis zur Markierung.

Ich kann mir das auch nicht so Vorstellen, aber Musas sind Lichtkeimer.

das sind leider Internetgerüchte, "echte" Lichtkeimer keimen nur, wenn auch Licht mitwirkt.
Musasamen kann auch ohne Licht keimen, daher sind es keine Lichtkeimer.
Zu den Lichtkeimern zählen z.B. Yuccasamen, Albizziasamen, Agavensamen, usw.

sollte das Wasser verdunsten (vergessen, Urlaub etc.?) platzt der Heizer und so allerhand könnte passieren, ich würde lieber eine Heizmatte oder Kabel verwenden und unter eine Schale mit Wasser stellen.

Wer sich selbst eher als Schussel sieht, sollte natürlich lieber eine sicherere Methode wählen. Da ich meine Keimbox jeden Tag kontrolliere (nicht zuletzt aus Neugier...: "Is' schon was daaahaaa?"), stellt das für mich kein Problem dar. Meine Box wird ständig überwacht...

Bei meinem Heizstab steht dabei: "voll eintauchbar", es ist also alles sicher und sachgemäß verwendet worden. Wegen der besseren Wärmeverteilung fand ich es dann auch sinnvoll, den Stab möglichst mittig im Wasser zu platzieren.
Natürlich sollte man auf die Gebrauchsinformationen achten, wir wollen ja alle Unfälle vermeiden
